Bug Juice® Insecticide - Treats 5 Gallon

Bug Juice Insecticide Paint Additive from Walla Walla Environmental is mixed into the final coat of paint, stain or sealer so the dried film carries a residual insecticide. Insects that contact the treated surface are killed.

Active ingredient: deltamethrin, 4.75% — a synthetic pyrethroid. EPA Reg. No. 47332-11. Signal word: CAUTION.

How to use it

• Mix 1-2/3 fl oz per gallon of coating. This 8.3 oz bottle treats 5 gallons.
• Compatible with latex, oil-base, stains and sealers.
• Use immediately after mixing.
• Apply by brush, roller or conventional airless sprayer.

Where it can be used

• Exterior: buildings, porches, eaves, patios and garages.
• Interior: spot and crack-and-crevice treatment only. Broadcast interior application is not permitted.
• Not for use in classrooms while in use, aircraft cabins, or occupied patient rooms.

Labeled pests

Cockroaches, ants (including imported fire ants, southern fire ants and leafcutter ants), spiders, ticks, silverfish, mosquitoes, weevils, and other flying and crawling insects.

Insecticide or repellent?

Bug Juice is a true EPA-registered insecticide — it kills insects that contact the treated film. If you would rather use a botanical repellent, see NBS 30® Insect Repellent Additive. For termites and wood decay, neither product applies; use a borate treatment such as Tim-bor Professional on bare wood.

Safety

• Harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Contact may cause temporary tingling or reddening of the skin, which is typical of pyrethroids.
• Extremely toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not allow runoff into storm drains, ditches or surface water.
• Use safety glasses, work with ventilation, and wash hands after handling.
