Product Overview: SCT Sealing Primer prevents moisture penetration and is necessary when using eF-Coat Foundation Coating. It is odorless, quick drying, easily applies with brush, roller, or airless sprayer, and is environmentally safe.
Primary Uses: It is used as a surface primer over cementitious surfaces, or to thin SCT Flexible Joint Compound/Palladium for the application of SCT Palladium.

Limitations:
- SCT Sealing Primer must not be applied to surfaces that contain dirt, oil, solvents, fungi, mildew or any other materials or contaminants. Substrate should be moisture free and free from any loose, crumbly or chalky finishes.
